 What the role entails:

·      Skills Development: Enhance your clinical skills in case formulation, diagnosis, and implementing effective treatments for patients with complex mental health presentations such as cPTSD, PTSD, and Neurodivergence.

What you can expect:

• ANIMA is closed for appointments between 12-1 pm daily to enable the team to connect, debrief and tell bad jokes over lunch.

• Integrated AI technology to reduce administrative time and allow you to focus on patient care.

• Work in a multidisciplinary team with Clinical Neuropsychologists

• Regular peer consultation, supervision and support from our senior clinical team and amazing patient care team.

• Exceptional in-house professional development by renowned guest speakers with expertise in EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy,  Schema Therapy, Psychiatry and medication, Alexithymia, and Assessment.

• All of our team is trained in EMDR and Schema Therapy. We are committed to helping you master these transformative modalities and others.

• We encourage clinicians to hone their skills in the therapeutic mode of choice, so if you work in a niche area, we would love to hear more about it!

• We are a paperless practice, so we will supply the hardware (iPads, etc), so you can do your best work!

• The position also comes with exceptional full-time admin support, a very competitive salary, regular supervision and case consultation, PD allowance, team bonding sessions, some flexibility with work hours, excellent process and infrastructure (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Intranet, IT support).
